Check-In (8:30 – 10:30am) This volunteer will be stationed at the check-in table on-site. Players will line up to check-in on the waiver form by printing and signing their name. Scorekeeper (10:00am – 1:00pm) This volunteer will collect scorecards from teams at the end of their round, bring them to the scoring area, and confirm the Team Total before posting on the Scoreboard. CTP Volunteer (8:30am – 12:00pm) This volunteer will help manage the CTP (Closest to the Pin) mini-game that will be set up at registration. Each player will have a chance to throw one disc at the target. This volunteer will manage the flag that marks the closest shot to the pin.
