We’ve put together an awesome Cornhole event within the atmosphere of a historic Akron past-time – the Akron Soap Box Derby! We’re thrilled to introduce the Soap Box Derby Cornhole Tournament set for Friday, July 14th. This event is made possible with our partnership with the Soap Box Derby and their event – the United Way Corporate Derby Challenge presented by Fallsway Equipment Company!
The United Way Corporate Derby Challenge is a high-energy event that ignites a team’s competitive fire as they collaborate, assemble, decorate, and compete in an entertaining race with their own adult Soap Box Derby car. Reveal your car on Thursday, July 13th at the unveiling reception and race and compete on Friday, July 14th.
Proceeds benefit the Soap Box Derby’s Bill Speeg Memorial scholarship fund and support at-risk youth in Summit County.
